Fabrizio Paladin is an award winning actor, playwright, director and musician from. He holds a graduate degree from University of Bologna in Literature and Philosophy and has extensive expertise in Commedia Dell’Arte and improvisation. Fabrizio has taught classes and workshops in Slapstick Comedy, Commedia Dell’Arte and Improvisation in Italy, Portugal, Latvia, Ukraine, Germany, Spain to name a few, and in the USA has taught at Bowdoin College, Bates College and The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Actors Movement Studio in New York.
He was the winner of “Premio Omaggio a Giorgio Gaber” and received the Nomination as best actor at the Fringe Festival in Rome 2015. His book about Commedia, Mask and Improvisation “Il Teatro e la Maschera”, was published by FIRENZELIBRI. (Italy 2008)
His show "Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, the strange show" won the second edition of the International Theatre Festival Calanchi, was selected to the Rome Fringe Festival in 2015 and was the subject of the thesis at the University Ca’ Foscari of Venice.

Was nominated as “Best Actor” at the Rome Fringe Festival 2015 in Rome.

Is dramaturg and translator for the shows “Carlo VS Carlo” by Aaron Cromie and “The Blue Monster” by Carlo Gozzi for the direction of Aaron Cromie in collaboration with the University of the Arts (Philadelphia USA)
Fabrizio is the author of several plays on stage in Italy, Portugal, Germany, Latvia, Ukraine, Israel, Spain, United States.
